Class A CDL Program
Clock Hours: 160 hours

Class B CDL Program
Clock Hours: 80 hours

Class B to A CDL Upgrade Program
Clock Hours: 80 hours
Pricing: The Class B to A CDL Upgrade program costs $2900
Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement
Clock Hours: 94 hours
Pricing: The Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement program costs $4400
Class B CDL with School Bus Endorsement
Clock Hours: 110 hours
Pricing: The Class B CDL with School Bus Endorsement program costs $4400
Class C CDL Program (Hazmat Certification Focus)
Clock Hours: 80 hours
Pricing: The Class C CDL program costs $2900
Hazmat Endorsement Only
Clock Hours: 16 hours
Pricing: The Hazmat Endorsement program costs $400
A La Carte Training Options
Payment Structure: $500 Pay Per Day (8 hours)
CDL Refresher Class A
This course is designed for trainees who already possess a Class A CDL who have not driven for an extended period of time and need to refresh their skills to ensure safety and compliance with federal and state law.
Clock Hours: 80 hours
CDL Refresher Class B
This course is designed for trainees who already possess a Class A CDL who have not driven for an extended period of time and need to refresh their skills to ensure safety and compliance with federal and state law.
Clock Hours: 40 hours
Pricing: The CDL Refresher Course program costs between $1500 to $2500
Additional Third-Party Fees (Paid Directly by Student)
In addition to Northwest CDL School’s course tuition, students will incur the following fees, which are paid directly to the respective third-party facilitators. These fees are separate from your school tuition.
- TSA Background Check and Fingerprinting: Approximately $87
- DOL Knowledge Test Fee and Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) Fee: Approximately $75
- Adding New Endorsement to License: Ranges from $50 – $150 (depending on the endorsement(s))
- DOT Drug Test and DOT Medical Exam: Prices vary depending on the healthcare provider.
- State CDL Skills Exam: Approximately $175
- DOL Fees for Final License (dependent on expiration and endorsements): Ranges from $50 – $150
- School Bus Skills Test: Approximately $100 (if applicable to your chosen program)
